Candidate names, email addresses, phone numbers, resumes and results are not saved in our database or your account. Names are used as local labels in this tab and added locally to downloaded resume PDFs and filenames. Choose an anonymous resume to omit the name from both. Review each redacted resume before starting. Redacted text, the JD and supplied notes are sent to Anthropic for analysis under the provider's applicable terms. Your sign-in and billing metadata are stored separately.
A failed score does not spend a credit. Retrying the same analysis does not deduct another credit. Document retries are limited to three attempts per output. Keep this tab open until checks finish; refreshing closes this temporary workspace. Privacy policy · Billing terms
