AI disclosure
What the AI does, and does not do
Does
- Builds a scorecard for your job from the job description and your intake notes, with weights you can edit.
- Reads the redacted resume and rates coverage of each scorecard dimension, quoting the resume lines it relied on.
- Rebuilds the resume into one page using only sentences from the original.
- Writes a snapshot paragraph and a pre-screen guide from the same evidence.
- Researches companies and salary ranges from public web sources, with links.
Does not
- Infer or use age, race, sex, national origin, religion, disability, family status or any protected characteristic. Age proxies are removed before analysis.
- Score anything outside the job description, intake notes and logistics you supplied.
- Reject, advance, rank for rejection or change any candidate's status anywhere.
- See the candidate's name or contact details. They are removed in your browser.
- Store the resume, the job description or the transcript.
Recruiter in the loop
Every output is labeled coverage of stated requirements, not a hiring decision. Every claim carries a reference to the line it came from. Outputs that fail our verification (a claim with no source line, a fact not in the resume, a banned word) are rejected before you see them.
